The first wedding of 2018 kicked off with the most perfect pair. They got ready for the day with friends and family at the Marriott downtown Tacoma before they got to see each other, grab a beer at Anthem, and take a walk across the glass museum bridge together. Seeing my couples have these moments together on their day, means the world to me. Away from all the craziness that is a wedding day, they get to just be with each other and that's the kind of magic I like to photograph. ;) The weather could not have been more perfect! Brisk, but sunny, we had so much fun playing in this amazing winter light! We headed to Historic 1625 Tacoma Place in Tacoma, Washington where the romantic brick building was decorated with candles and the most beautiful flowers and greenery by the most amazing florist I know, Melanie. (Check out more of her work here!) I absolutely loved capturing every part of this day, and can't wait to shoot at Historic again this summer!! It's a doozey, but I just couldn't help but include all of these sweet moments! Enjoy!
